Camp Coldbrook Golf and RV Resort: FAQ


	How can I make a reservation?
	Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or by booking online. You can also secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

	Can we pay by check upon arrival?
	Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation.

	What are the check-in and check-out times?
	Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

	What is the cancellation policy?
	Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day.

	Are you close to the beach?
	We are approximately 1 3/4 hours from the beach.

	Do you allow bicycles and scooters?
	We allow bicycles, but we do not allow scooters. Anyone 16 years of age or younger must wear a helmet because it is the state law.

	Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards, go carts, ripsticks?
	Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the park with the exception of skateboards in designated areas with a helmet.

	Do you allow motorcycles?
	We do, but we ask that you walk them in between the quiet hours of 11:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.

	Do you allow pets?
	Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Visit our rules page for more information.

	Are pets allowed in the pool areas?
	No, pets are not allowed in the pool areas.

	Are your pools heated and do you have lifeguards?
	We have two (2) pools and none are heated. Lifeguards are provided. Pool use is strictly at your own risk. Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pool rules are clearly posted and enforced. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times to and in the pool area.

	What is the schedule of your golf course?
	The golf course is open April 15 - October 15 (weather permitting) from 9 a.m. - dusk.

	Do you allow visitors?
	Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

	Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site?
	Sure, if the site is large enough and doesn't crowd your neighbor. We always recommend that they get their own site since our rates are based on two (2) people, one sleeping unit and one vehicle. Your other family will have to pay a separate site fee regardless, so there is no cost advantage to sharing yours.

	Can we set up a tent for our children?
	Absolutely, and there is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

	You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles?
	We are a family camping resort, and we cater to couples and couples with children.

	Are we allowed to have a campfire?
	Absolutely! Every site has a fire pot. We ask that you keep the fire pot off the grass and attended at all times.

	Are there fees for recreation?
	Yes, there is a fee for the golf course. See our rates page for more details.

	Do you offer Internet connection?
	Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi hot spots at our office and store.
