Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. |

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? | |

| What are the check-in and check-out times? | |
| Check-out time is 11 a.m. Check-in is any time after 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. | |
| What is the cancellation policy? | |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. | |
| Do you allow tents? | |
| Sorry, at this time we do not provide accommodations for tents. | |
| Do you allow bicycles? | |
| Yes, we do. However, for your protection, no bicycles may be used after dark and children under 17 must wear a helmet. | |
| Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards, power wheels, & go carts? | |
| Only golf carts and motorcycles are allowed. Golf carts are permitted if registered with the office (fee applies). All golf carts must be inspected by management for brakes & headlights, be electric operated, and have the site number on both sides before a permit is issued. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. | |
| Do you allow pets? | |
| Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details. | |
| Do you allow visitors? | |
| Yes. Please inform your guests prior to arrival that there is a visitor fee. Non campers are sometimes unaware of this policy. All visitors must register at the main office before entering the campground. Anyone over the age of 3 is subject to a fee. Day visitors must depart by 10 p.m. Overnight visitors must depart by 11 a.m. the following morning. All visitors must park in the designated visitor parking area. Guests are the responsibility of the registered camper. |

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? | |

| Can we set up a tent for our children? | |
| Absolutely, a small child's size tent may be placed on your site at management's discretion if there is room on your site. There is no charge if they are your dependent children. | |
| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? | |
| Yes, we do. |

| Are we allowed to have a campfire? | |
| Absolutely! Every site has a fire ring. We ask that you keep the fire ring off the grass and attended at all times. Fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night. Please ask at check-in if the Fire Marshall has placed a fire-ban on campfires. Please note that local regulations strictly prohibit the burning of any materials other than wood. | |
