Reservations
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
- Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
- We require payment in full at time of reservation.
- Children three (3) and under are free.
- A State Lodging Tax of 7% will be added to all Seasonal Rates.
- Hookups include city water, sewer, and electricity.
Seasonal Deposits
- A $500 deposit is required to hold your site.
- Rate is for up to two (2) adults and two (2) dependent/unmarried children under 18. Additional children under 18 are $107.00 (includes tax). Children 18 and older or additional family members (must be approved by office), are $160.50 (includes tax).
- A $150 late fee will be assessed for each payment that is late according to the payment schedule.
- You will not be able to check into the resort at the beginning of the season unless all charges to your site have been paid in full.
- Full payment is due May 15.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
- Seasonal reservations
- Holiday weekends
- Cancellations made 21+ days of arrival:
- Full camping credit for current season or
- Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 1-20 days of arrival:
- Full camping credit for current or following season
Check-In and Check-Out
- Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
- Seasonal Campers may check into the resort for the season any time after 9 a.m. on May 15, 2009. All Seasonal Campers must vacate the resort by 5 p.m. on October 12, 2009.

- Flaggs has limited seasonal sites available, so we encourage our potential seasonal guests to contact us immediately if they are interested.
