| How can I make a reservation? |
Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. If you are paying for your reservation by check, you must make your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival, and we need to receive your check within seven days of the date you make your reservation. You can also secure your reservation with a Debit Card, MasterCard, or Visa.

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? |
Sorry, we accept only cash, MasterCard, Visa, Travelers Checks or Morgan RV Resorts' Gift Certificates. No personal checks upon arrival.

| What are the check-in and check-out times? |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. |

| What is the cancellation policy? |
- Winter Season (November 1 - March 31)
- Reservations 30 days or longer
- Reservations that are cancelled prior to October 1 are eligible to receive a full camping credit or a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. All reservation cancelled after October 1 are non refundable.
- Reservations less than 30 days
- Reservations that are cancelled with at least 21 days notice are eligible to receive a full camping credit or a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 20 days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or upcoming season. Cancellations made with less than one (1) day notice will receive no refunds or camping credits.
- Summer Season (April 1 - October 31)
- Reservations that are cancelled with at least 21 days notice are eligible to receive a full camping credit or a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 20 days to 1 day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or upcoming season. Cancellations made with less than 1 day notice will receive no refunds or camping credits.

| Do you allow bicycles? |
Yes, we do. You must use lights on your bike after dark for your protection. In Florida, everyone is required to wear helmets.

| Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts? |
We only allow motorcycles and golf carts. Motorcycles and golf carts are permitted with a licensed driver. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. Please visit our rules page for more details.

Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details.

| Do you allow visitors? |
| Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. |

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? |
Sorry, this is not allowed.

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? |
Yes, we do.

| Are we allowed to have a campfire? |
No fire rings or ground fires are allowed except for designated fire ring area behind club house. Personal fire pots are allowed but must be attended to.

| Do you offer internet connection? |
Yes, we offer Wi-Fi service; first two consecutive hours are free.
|

| Do you allow on-site boat storage? |
No, all boats must be stored in our storage area. They may NOT be stored on individual sites.
