How can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted by phone or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site.  You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Can we pay by check upon arrival?
Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation.

What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
Site check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Check-in time on sites is any time after 1:00 p.m. Cabin check-out time is 12:00 p.m., and check-in time is any time after 4 p.m.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee.  Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Do you allow bicycles?
Yes, we do. You must use lights on your bike after dark for your protection.  We prefer children wear helmets.

Do you allow Motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts?
Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the park. Motorcycles are allowed if used as transportation to and from your site.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet friendly resort.  Please visit our rules page for more details.

Are pets allowed at Indiana Beach Amusement Resort? 
Sorry, no pets are allowed with the exception of service animals.

Do you allow visitors?
  Yes. Please inform your guests prior to arrival that there is a visitor fee. Non campers are sometimes unaware of this policy. All visitors must register at the main office before entering the campground.  Day visitors must depart by 10:00 p.m. Overnight visitors must depart by 12:00 p.m. the following day. Guests are the responsibility of the registered camper or rental unit occupants.

Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site?
  Yes, but a tent only and the site should not exceed more than six people.  Additional fee applies.

Can we set up a tent for our children?
  Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion).  There is a charge for the tent and if the site exceeds more than two adults and two children extra charges will apply.

You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles?
  Yes we do, as long as they are over the age of 21, or with a parent or legal guardian.

Are we allowed to have a campfire?
  Absolutely!  We ask that you keep all fires in the fire rings that are provided on the site.  Fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night.

Do you offer internet connection?
  We provide free Wi-Fi.
