| How can I make a reservation? |
|
Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can also secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. |
|
|
| What are the check-in and check-out times? |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. |

| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. |

| Are you close to the beach? |
| We are a twenty minute drive either north or south from a local beach. |

| Do you allow bicycles? |
| Yes, we do. |

| Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards, go carts, ripsticks? |

| Do you allow motorcycles? |
| Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. |

| Do you allow pets? |

| Are pets allowed on the beach? |
| |
Pets are allowed on the public beach before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. only from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. No pets are allowed on the beach when lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. |

| Is your pool heated and do you have lifeguards? |

Our pool is heated. All children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area because we do not have lifeguards on duty. |

| Do you allow visitors? |
| |
Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? |

| Can we set up a tent for our children? |

Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion). There is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? |

Yes, we cater to everyone. |
|
|
| Are we allowed to have a campfire? |
| |
Absolutely! Every site has a fire pot. We ask that you keep the fire pot off the grass and attended at all times. Fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night. |

| Do you offer internet connection? |
| |
We offer free Wi-Fi hotspots at our office and store. |
