Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. |

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? | |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. | |
| What are the check-in and check-out times? | |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. | |
| What is the cancellation policy? | |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. | |
| Are you close to the beach? | |
| We are a twenty minutes drive either north or south from a local beach. | |
| Do you allow bicycles? | |
| Yes, we do. | |
| Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts? |

| We only allow motorcycles. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. | |
| Do you allow pets? | |
| Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details. | |
| Do you have sewer service on your sites? | |
| No, we don't, but we offer a honey wagon service and we have a dumping station. |

| Is your pool heated and do you have lifeguards? | |
| Our pool is not heated. All children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area because we do not have lifeguards on duty. | |
| Do you allow visitors? | |
| Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park. | |
| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? | |
| Sure, if the site is large enough and doesn't crowd your neighbor. We always recommend that they get their own site. Your other family will have to pay a separate site fee regardless, so there is no cost advantage to sharing yours. | |
| Can we set up a tent for our children? | |
| Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion). There is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home. | |
| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? | |
| Yes, we do. We cater to everyone. | |
| Are we allowed to have a campfire? | |
| Absolutely! Every site has a fire ring. We ask that you keep the fire ring off the grass and attended at all times. Fires must be extinguished completely by 11:00 p.m. | |
| Do you offer internet connection? | |
| We offer a free Wi-Fi hot spot. | |
