Turn right onto Dellwood Road / US-19. Continue to follow US-19

Take 81 East towards Johnson City, TN
Hit I-26 East towards Asheville
Merge onto I-240 West, which merges onto I-40 West
From I-40 West, take exit 27 onto Hwy 23/74 West
