| How can I make a reservation? |
|
Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. |
|
|
| What are the check-in and check-out times? |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. |

| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. |

| Do you allow bicycles? |
| Yes, we do. You must use lights on your bike after dark for your protection. We prefer children wear helmets. |

| Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts? |
| Motorcycles and golf carts are permitted in the park; however, you must have a valid non-restricted license to operate. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. There is a fee of $2 per day for personal golf carts. Skateboards are also permitted in designated areas. |

| Do you allow pets? |
| Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details. |

| Do you allow visitors? |
Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? |

Guests are only permitted to have one camping unit per site. Guests may not double up on sites. |

Yes, we do. |

| Are we allowed to have a campfire? |
| |
Absolutely! We ask that you keep the fire ring off the grass and attended at all times. Fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night. There are sites in the park where fires are not permitted. |

| Do you offer internet connection? |

We do offer a free Wi-Fi hot spot in the park located in the area surrounding the office. |
