How can I make a reservation?
	Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can also secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

	Can we pay by check upon arrival?
	Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation.

	What is the cancellation policy?
	Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee.  Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day.

	Are you close to the beach?
	Yes, we are less than 1/2 mile to the Ocean.

	Do you allow bicycles?
	Yes, we do. All bicycles require a tag to be ridden in the campground. Tags are obtained upon check-in at the main office. This tag will include your name, site number and check-out date. Inappropriate behavior observed by any staff member will result in loss of tag.

	Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf cars, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts?
	Only motorcycles are allowed to be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.  Motorcycles must be walked in between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

	Do you allow pets?
	Yes, we are a pet friendly resort.  Please visit our rules page for more details.

	Are pets allowed on the beach?
	Pets are allowed on the public beach before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. only from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. No pets are allowed on the beach when lifeguards are on duty from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

	Is your pool heated and do you have lifeguards?
	Our pool is heated.   All children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area because we do not have lifeguards on duty.

	Do you have a trolley to downtown OOB?
	The Trolley stops at several campgrounds as well as the Clambake Restaurant and downtown OOB. Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.  Fee: $1 per person each way (Ages 5 & under- free). The Trolley stop is located on Temple Avenue directly across from the Virginia Park sign. No pets are allowed on the Trolley. Service is approximately every 1/2 hour and is dependent on traffic. The Trolley operates the last week of June until Labor Day. Service is also available Memorial Day Weekend.

	Do you allow visitors?
	Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests.  Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests.  All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass.  Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

	Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site?
	Sure, if the site is large enough and doesn't crowd your neighbor. We always recommend that they get their own site since our rates are based on three (3) people, one sleeping unit and one vehicle. The other family will have to pay a separate site fee regardless, so there is no cost advantage to sharing your site.

	Can we set up a tent for our children?
	Absolutely, and there is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

	You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles?
	We are a family camping resort and we cater to couples and couples with children. Sorry, no groups of singles are accepted in order to provide our customers with a quiet and peaceful vacation.

	Are we allowed to have a campfire?
	Absolutely! Every site has a fire pot. We ask that you keep the fire pot off the grass and attended at all times. There are no fires after 11 p.m. for consideration of our quiet hours of 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.

	Do you offer internet connection?
	Yes, Wi-Fi (additional fee) is available.
