 * Holidays require a three night minimum stay.
** Vacation Cottage Rentals are 44 ft. Breckenridge units with decks & hard roof awnings. Just 2/10 mile from the beach. On Site Rates based on up to two adults; maximum of six people. Rental units are fully equipped (need to bring your own linens). Rentals are based upon Saturday - Saturday occupancy In-Season.
*** No pets allowed on tent sites without services.
Reservations
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
- Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
- We require payment in full at time of reservation.
- Rates cover two people (limit four adults per site); one camping unit and one vehicle.
- Children three (3) and under are free.
Vacation Cottage Rental Deposits and Restrictions
- Payment in full is required at time of booking.
- A cash security deposit of $200.00 will be due at the time of check-in (refunded at check-out after an inspection of the rental unit). All rental guests must check-out at front office.
- All rates are plus 7% Maine State Lodging Tax.
- All bicycles, mopeds & motorcycles require tags, which will be given free of charge upon arrival.
- No pets allowed in rental units.
- No smoking in rental units.
- No overnight guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
- Seasonal reservations
- Holiday weekends
- Cancellations made 21+ days of arrival:
- Full camping credit for current or following season or
- Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 1-20 days of arrival:
- Full camping credit for current or following season
Check-In and Check-Out
- Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental units. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental units. Extended check-outs are available until 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability).
- All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
- To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
- No tent or trailer set-up after 11:00 p.m.
- Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.
